Associate professor Roman Gardlík and doctor Alexandra Gaál Kovalčíková participated in the XIV. Slovak Pediatric Congress in Bratislava. They presented one research dealing with the role of the microbiome in the pathogenesis of neurodevelopmental disorders, and the second work was devoted to the association of urinary tract infection with the formation of NETs in children. The last mentioned work was rewarded with 2nd place. Congratulations!
