We congratulate several of our PhD students, especially Andrej Feješ and Paulína Belvončíková for the first-author article, and colleagues who, under the guidance of associate professor Roman Gardlík, published an article dealing with the influence of cross-sex changes in the intestinal microbiome on metabolic and hormonal changes/status in adult non-obese Wistar rats as a potential tool for sexually modifying specific pathologies.
