PhD student Jakub Szabó has once again returned for a scientific research internship in the laboratory of Dr Henrietta Scholtzová from the Department of Neurology at New York University. He continues ongoing collaboration in research into the physiological ageing of the brain, focused mainly on neuroimaging markers of cerebral amyloid angiopathy, but also on the immunomodulatory treatment of the pathology caused by Alzheimer’s dementia.
